Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. Plan credits represent successful AI responses and do not roll over to the next month.
Billing
If payment fails, your account receives 2 grace credits once for that billing cycle until billing is restored. Top-up credits remain available during this period.
Acceptable use
No automated scraping, content that violates the Gemini API policies, or attempts to bypass billing. Abuse may result in suspension or termination.

The service is provided as-is. You are responsible for content you generate and for complying with applicable laws and provider policies.
